Policy for In-­stock Items 

All items indicated to be in stock are shipped 12 hours after your order is placed, if placed before 1:00 PM Eastern Time. This is due to our clearing and charging of our signature carnelian gemstones.  Carnelian gemstones are featured in every GAUDESS piece. The GAUDESS team carefully selects stones from the finest sources around the world. Each stone then goes through a 12-hour cleansing, clearing and continuous blessing process that prepares it to receive your intentions. 
A confirmation email is sent as soon as the purchased item leaves our facility. This email will not only confirm that the item has left our facility, but will also provide the UPS tracking number for your item with an estimated delivery date (according to UPS, and based on the shipping method you selected).

IMPORTANT: As stated before; inventory fluctuates daily, an item indicated as “in stock” when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on backorder. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again.

Returns and Expectations

GAUDESS products may be returned for store credit within 14 days after you receive the item. Once we receive the item(s) you will be issued a store credit, less any shipping charges. Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable and are unable to be exchanged. All returns or exchanges must be authorized by GAUDESS. Please contact info@gaudess.com to obtain a return authorization number for your order. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please insure your item and pack it securely with all the packaging materials it arrived in (box, jewelry pouch, and jewelry pillow), and return to: 4801 Gulf Blvd Suite 174 St Pete Beach, FL 33706. If any of the packaging contents are not returned with the product a refund will not be issued. Thank you in advance for understanding.

GAUDESS beaded rings ordered online are non refundable. Due to the unique design and fit of our rings, one design may fit slightly different than another ring design. No 2 rings are alike. Note that Special order pieces are non refundable once you sign off on the production of the item. Items that are damaged or worn are not refundable.

Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).

Order Cancellation Policy 

To cancel an order you have placed with GAUDESS® LLC, you must contact customer support by email (info@gaudess.com). Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped.

When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information.

Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).

Out of Stock Policy 

Our inventory can fluctuate daily, so an item indicated as “in stock” when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. In this event, we will make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on backorder. The email will include information on how to cancel the order, if you prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again. Most out of stock items are in stock again within two (2-4) weeks.

Certain items for sale on our site are not kept in inventory, but can be special ordered for you and shipped within two (2-4) weeks. If you select one of these items, your checkout page will indicate the actual shipping date. If the shipping date is not acceptable, you may cancel the item before confirming your order.
